Congratulations! Dr. Chen Hung-Ming, Dr. Chou Jui-Sheng, and Dr. Ou Yu-Chen of Department of Construction Engineering won NSC 2011 Outstanding Junior Scholars Award for their excellent research projects

    Three young professors of Department of Construction Engineering, Dr. Chen Hung-Ming, Dr. Chou Jui-Sheng, and Dr. Ou Yu-Chen, were awarded by NSC as Outstanding Junior Scholars of 2011. The NSC Outstanding Junior Scholars Award aims to encourage outstanding young scholars with great research potentials by means of financial support to help them focus on fundamental or applied research and increase their research energy. The Award is granted to young scholars working at Taiwan’s research institutes who have already demonstrated excellent research performances and potentials.
