Congratulations! Prof. and Chairman Chang Ta-Peng of Department of Construction Engineering is now TCI's Chairman of the Board of Directors

    Taiwan Concrete Institute, founded in July 2006, is the organization of Taiwan's concrete technology consisting of experts across government, industry and academia. TCI has a mission to enhance concrete technology and promote the implementation of any new-found technology. TCI also has exchange programs regularly with international organizations of the same nature. TCI has held professional conferences to increase opportunities for the exchange of technology among professionals across government, industry and academia, with a view to bringing Taiwan’s concrete technology up to the world-class level. Prof. Chang is serving as TCI's Chairman of the Borad of Directors for the third term, which will last for two years. Chairman of the first term is Prof. Chern Jenn-Chuan of Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University and the Deputy Director of Public Construction Committee. CEO of Ruentex Financial Group, Dr. Samuel Yin, served as TCI’s second term Chairman. He is concurrently an adjunct professor at NTU’s Department of Civil Engineering as well as an adjunct professor at NTUST's Department of Construction Engineering.
